About

I grew up in a sewing family and in a shop my grandmother started in 1970; all while showing arabian horses at the national level. After I graduated high school, my love for equine went on hold and I headed west to the warmth and the sunshine. Since graduating from Arizona State with a B.A. in Design, I returned home to work with the family business in northern MN. I've been longarming quilts for clients, making Swarovski covered show outfits and commissioning the occasional bag. I've found my soul needs to create and my favorite medium is leather. My background in the western world combined with my love for leather & sewing has come together to create a timeless bag, the SK Jackson Tote, available in three sizes.

I reside in northern MN with my husband, two children, our golden retrievers. I am constantly working on refining and perfecting my leather skills.
